Our goal is to help all riders gain confidence, learn skills, stay safe, and have fun with the horses! We focus on horsemanship and Western equitation during lessons. By developing horsemanship skills we hope to instill the knowledge you need to continue with your goals for horseback riding. All riders begin riding bareback and will graduate into a saddle after they have gained skills necessary for proper horseback riding equitation. This helps all our riders gain confidence, find better balance, and become better all-around horsemen and horsewomen. We currently offer Western lessons for beginner to intermediate riders, ages 5 to 102+. All lessons are by appointment only and are one hour long.
We offer a variety of services. If you don't see something that matches what you are looking for, please reach out to Jen at 928-923-3362.

Private Riding Lessons help each rider get individualized, one on one attention from the instructor. This is great if you have specific goals in mind or are anxious about riding in a group setting.
Sibling/Friend discounts are available during private lessons if you wish to limit how many riders are in your session.
$70/person/session
Horse Care Lessons are a non-riding lesson that helps you become better acquainted with aspects of horse ownership outside of riding. Topics include but are not limited to: bathing, feeding, first aid, and tack care.

These lessons are designed for those that own their own horse but need some guidance/help while riding. Your horse needs to be trained to ride to utilize this type of lesson. Horse can be hauled to our facility or I can come to you within Yuma County for a small travel fee.
