Requirements and Rules

• Waivers of liability must be signed prior to the start of the first session.

• Long Pants and boots with a smooth tread and at least a ½-inch heel are required for lessons (tennis shoes or other sturdy shoes are okay for the first few lessons).

• Horseback riding helmets are provided and are required to be worn while riding. (Riders may bring their own horseback riding helmet to their session.)

• All individuals must be physically fit and capable of performing the physical activities required by this program.

• All individuals must come to sessions with a cooperative learning attitude.

• A parent or legal guardian must accompany minor students on the premises during the riding instruction session.

• Payment is due at the start of each session.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give a 24-hour advance notice for any canceled lessons. If canceled within 24 hours or are a no-show, you may be charged a $30 cancellation fee. ESA students with pre-paid packages may be required to forfeit one lesson from the package.

Inclement Weather

In the case of inclement weather such as lightning storms, sand storms, extreme wind or heat, etc. lessons may need to be rescheduled. Please contact your instructor in the case of inclement weather.
