The goal of this camp is to learn ALL about horses, including but not limited to: Western equitation, grooming, feeding, and general care of horses. During the riding camp, there will be horseback riding every day of the camp.
Camps are held annually and are open to anyone 8-18 years old; non-riding camps are open to 7-year-olds. You do not need to be a current client to join. This is the perfect opportunity for those who would like to one day own a horse or who just love horses. Usually, we will meet the first and/or second week of June Monday-Thursday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am each day.
The cost of the camp is $325 for the riding camp and $250 for the non-riding camp, which includes a non-refundable $50 deposit due upon signing up for a camp.
Comfortable riding clothes are required, including non-grip boots with at least a 1/2-inch heel and long pants. We also ask that kids bring a non-perishable snack and water/sports drink each day.
Space usually fills quickly due to limited availability.
Friday will be an alternative day of camp in the case of inclement weather during the regular schedule of camp.

With 4+ participants, Horsemanship Camp can be scheduled outside of the usual time. This may be a good opportunity for homeschool groups, Girl Scout/Boy Scout troops, a group of horse-loving friends, etc.
